Miglė Vaškienė

Miglė Vaškienė currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Bonava since October 2021, focusing on the launch of new development projects and marketing budget management. As a freelance consultant since September 2019, Miglė has provided expertise on change management, internal communication, and organizational culture. Previous roles include Communications Partner at Litcargus and Head of Marketing and Communication at Saint-Gobain, where responsibilities included corporate communication and marketing for multiple brands. Miglė's career began in marketing management at "Čili pica" and finance as an accountant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business and Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilnius University, along with ongoing studies at ISM University of Management and Economics.
