Samantha Huckstep

Samantha Huckstep possesses a robust background in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Bonaventure since July 2023 while also working as a Program Assistant with Virginia Tech Property Management since August 2022. Previously, Samantha held the position of Property Management Intern at Bonaventure for a brief period in 2022 and gained valuable experience as a Leasing Agent at Core Spaces from January 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, Samantha undertook a Summer Intern role at Palms Associates, LLC in June 2021. Samantha earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech, completing the program in May 2023.
