Phillip Maldonado is an experienced professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Innovation at Bonchon since August 2021. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Director of Company and International Operations at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. from December 2001 to August 2021. Phillip also gained valuable experience as General Manager at Black Eyed Pea between October 1994 and December 2001. Phillip completed education at Berkner High School from 1990 to 1992.
