Carina Novillo

Carina Novillo is an accomplished brand manager and project coordinator currently employed at Boncom since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a communication fellow for the State of Utah under Governor Spencer J. Cox, where responsibilities encompassed writing newsletters, photographing events, and responding to correspondence. Carina also worked at the Wheatley Institute as a communication and marketing coordinator, managing social media platforms, leading a social media team, and developing marketing materials. A social media marketing internship at Radiant Foundation involved creating content and managing outreach strategies. Earlier roles include teaching assistance at Brigham Young University and instruction at the Missionary Training Center. Carina holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Brigham Young University, completed in December 2023.
