Mike Fiander is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in estimation and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at BOND Civil & Utility Construction since August 2023, Mike previously held the position of Vice President of Construction at J. Read Corp from February 2017 to August 2023. Prior roles include Estimator/Project Manager at D&M Civil, Inc., Project Manager at RC&D, Inc., and Project Manager/Estimator/Superintendent at Robert B.
