Raul Rivas is an experienced professional in estimating and project management with a focus on the steel and concrete construction sectors. Currently serving as Estimating/Sales at Katy Steel Company since February 2018, Raul's background includes roles such as Estimator/Project Manager/Sales at South Texas Steel Service Co. and Sr. Estimator/PM at Hard and Solid Concrete, where responsibilities included preparing estimates and overseeing construction operations. Raul has also held positions as Project Superintendent at Jayco Construction Company, managing projects for NASA, and has extensive experience in estimating and sales for rebar projects across multiple companies, including CMC - Commercial Metals Company and Alamo Iron Works.
