Tianna White is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Recruitment Partner at Wayland Additive since September 2022, Tianna focuses on advancing electron beam 3D printing technology for industrial applications. Concurrently, Tianna holds the position of Senior Talent Partner at Bond Global, dedicated to building innovative talent solutions. Previously, Tianna worked in Talent Acquisition for Cognizant's Life Science Manufacturing Group, providing automation and digital transformation solutions. Earlier career roles include Business Consultant at Mercury Hampton and Recruitment Consultant in the Engineering Division at Core Talent Recruitment.
