Sajan Mattappally possesses extensive experience in MEP management and estimation, currently serving as MEP Estimation Manager at Bond Interiors since March 2022, where oversight of the estimation process for MEP projects is key. Prior roles include MEP Manager at Delta Emirates Contracting Company from October 2015 to March 2022, overseeing tendering, design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems, as well as MEP Manager at Kele Contracting LLC from March 2012 to October 2015, managing significant projects such as IBIS Styles Hotel and Dragon Mart Multi Storey Carpark. Sajan’s earlier experience includes MEP Coordinator at Dubai Contracting Company LLC from April 2008 to March 2012, contributing to high-profile developments like the Kingdom Of Sheba project, and Electrical Engineer at ARTECH Realtors from March 2007 to March 2008. Sajan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MACE, obtained in 2007.
