Monika Berankyte

Monika B. currently serves as Chief of Staff at Bond Pet Foods since January 2023. Previously, Monika held various roles at Mars from September 2015 to July 2020, including Mars Incubator Procurement Lead, Strategic Sourcing Manager for Co-manufacturing in Europe, Commercial Operations Transformation Manager in Europe, and Raw Materials Portfolio Optimization Lead in Europe. In June 2021, Monika worked as an MBA Summer Associate at Blue Horizon. Monika also contributed as a Research Assistant in the Marketing Department at the Wisconsin School of Business from September 2013 to May 2014. Monika earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with additional education from the National University of Singapore.
