Charlotte Timson

Charlotte Timson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the non-profit and development sectors. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Bond UK, Charlotte chairs the Governance Committee and ensures effective governance practices. As Chief Executive of Transform Trade from September 2019 to June 2024, significant achievements include leading strategic transformations to combat sector challenges and establishing a financially resilient organization. Previous roles include Treasurer for the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) - Europe, Non-Executive Director at Traidcraft plc, and Director at Traidcraft Exchange, where Charlotte played a pivotal role in transitioning Transform Trade into an independent charity. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and an MA/BA in Theology from Trinity College, Oxford University.
