Crystalee Henderson

Crystalee Henderson currently serves as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Bond Vet, a position held since October 2023, after progressing from Manager, HR Business Partner. Prior to this role, Crystalee was with lululemon Studio from July 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included Manager of People Operations & Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition Manager, contributing to the company’s rebranding post-acquisition of MIRROR. Crystalee was also a Founding Member of THE WELL, an initiative aimed at empowering emerging Black women leaders, from October 2021 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Customer Experience Manager and Customer Care Associate at Primary.com, where leadership of the customer service team was key to achieving business goals. Crystalee holds a BA in Psychology and Physical Therapy from Kean University.
