Isabela de Souza

Isabela De Souza is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Marketing Manager at BondBloxx since April 2023. Prior to this role, Isabela worked at BlackRock from August 2020 to April 2023 in various capacities, focusing on Equity Index Product Strategy and iShares Product Marketing, after completing a summer analyst position there in 2019. Isabela's early experience includes an internship at Loomis, Sayles & Company and a role as an Investments Intern at CSAA Insurance Group. Isabela also participated as a Scholar in the Girls Who Invest program in 2018, completing rigorous training in investment concepts and securing a subsequent internship in asset management. Additionally, Isabela gained valuable experience as a Summer Operations Intern in the Fixed Income Department at Dodge & Cox in 2017. Isabela holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
