Max Schalow

Max Schalow has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Max co-founded and served as the COO of bondi, a company they joined in 2021. In 2022, they became the owner of Xtralongchilicheese Holding BV. Max also worked as a startup advisor for Edibles - Sustainable & Tasty Tableware, where they demonstrated their passion for business and helped assemble and deploy bikes for the company's autumn launch. Additionally, Max served as a startup advisor for AllBlazing, an app made for runners and athletes that focuses on motivation and connectivity. Max co-founded dreamerz. and acted as an ambassador for KREW | Community of Creative Entrepreneurs, connecting creative entrepreneurs and providing business support. Max also gained experience in supply chain roles at Instabox and Dott, interned at Generis AG, and worked as a guest speaker on entrepreneurship at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.

Max Schalow obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Arnhem Business School, where they studied from 2018 to 2033. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Twente for the year 2017. In addition to their formal education, Max Schalow has acquired several certifications and achievements, including being a member of the BOLD Community (Top Tech Founders of the Netherlands) from Techleapnl in 2022. Max was also a finalist for the Most Innovative Student Netherlands award from INNOVATE in 2021. Max Schalow has been recognized as one of the Top 100 most sustainable frontrunners in the Netherlands by DJ100, and they were also awarded the Top Ondernemer Regeling from Arnhem Business School in 2021. Furthermore, they served as an organizer for StartUpArnhem in 2019, an event held by Gemeente Arnhem. Max Schalow was a speaker at TEDxArnhem in 2018 and has obtained certification in Google Analytics. Max has also been listed in the T500 by TNW, and has been selected as a TEDx Speaker for TEDxHochschuleLuzern in 2022. Max Schalow has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Startups by Startup50Gelderland.
