Marianna Matveichuk Abramovich

Marianna Grozki currently serves as the Global Head of HR at BondIT since 2021, after holding the position of Senior HRBP and Head of Organizational Development. Prior experience includes serving as the Organizational Development Manager for the Israel Defense Forces from May 2018 to June 2020, and leading Learning and Development as well as acting as Senior HRBP at Cava Group from 2016 to 2018. Earlier roles also feature a tenure as People & Project Manager at Perach from 2013 to 2016. Marianna Grozki holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting with a focus on Organizational Sociology and Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Biotechnology, and Philosophy, both obtained from Bar-Ilan University.
