Nicolas Acquette

Nicolas Acquette is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Chief Innovation and Quality Officer for Bonduelle Europe since September 2022, following a tenure as Innovation & Development Director. Prior to Bonduelle, Nicolas worked at McCain Foods from February 2013 to September 2022 as R&D Director for Europe & MENA, where responsibilities included defining and executing the European innovation strategy and enhancing team capabilities. Earlier roles included R&D Manager and Product Development Manager at Quick Restaurant, overseeing new product development and continuous improvement initiatives, and R&D & Quality Manager at FPL Food in the United States, managing a team and developing a product portfolio. Nicolas's career began with an engineering role at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and educational background includes a degree in Food Industry Engineering from ISA Lille.
