Phap Ho

Phap Ho is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Production Manager and Head Chef at Bone Daddies Group since October 2017, while also actively working as Owner and Founder of HôFoods since January 2015, focusing on healthy menu concepts with natural ingredients. Previously, Phap held the role of Head Chef at wagamama from June 1997 to October 2017 and at Pho Restaurant from October 2013 to October 2014. Phap holds a Higher National Diploma in Multimedia from Lewisham College and A-level qualifications in Art and Graphic Design from St Francis Xavier College, along with ongoing studies in Mindful Eating at Stanford University since August 2021.
