Colleen Williams- Nicanor

Colleen Williams-Nicanor is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at Bonefish Grill since December 2018, Colleen previously held the position of General Manager at Ruby Tuesday and Panera Bread, where notable achievements included ranking fifth nationwide for reducing turnover and tenth for improving Cafe Health. With a strong foundation in training and development, Colleen has also contributed to Ruby Tuesday as a General Manager, where management training was a key focus, and served as a Trainer at Bahama Breeze. Early career experience includes the role of Food and Beverage Manager at Doubletree Roswell, overseeing restaurant operations, room service, and banquet services. Colleen holds a degree in Food Service Management and related fields from Gateway Technical College.
