Susan Hall Donovan

Susan Hall Donovan serves as the Vice President and Managing Partner at QV Health Solutions since August 2025. Prior roles include Vice President and various senior leadership titles at Quantified Ventures from June 2021 to August 2025, and Managing Director for the Nexus Montgomery Regional Partnership at Primary Care Coalition from July 2017 to June 2021. At Nexus Montgomery, responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, program development, and performance accountability to the Board. Earlier positions with Johns Hopkins HealthCare involved population health project management and implementation, focusing on social determinants of health and chronic disease management. Additional experiences include an administrative residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and various healthcare roles. Susan Hall Donovan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
