Lynn Mullen has a strong background in retail management, with experience working in various companies such as Dillard's Inc., Bonefish Grill, ANN INC, HomeGoods Stores, Bed Bath & Beyond, White House Black Market, The Inn Between, American Eagle Outfitters, Barefoot Peddler, and EXPRESS. Lynn's roles have ranged from Store Manager to Cashier/Merchandise Sales Specialist, reflecting their diverse skills and expertise in the retail industry. Lynn attended Suffolk County Community College, where Lynn studied Business Administration and Management.

Fueled by their mutual passion for fish and adventure, our founders set out to create a unique dining experience- one that would take the mystery out of fish for people who didn't eat it very often, and yet provide further mystery for the truly adventurous. In their search to find fish from the waters of the world, they hunted down fish purveyors with the same commitment to quality as theirs. They hired a responsible fish guy who never stops traveling in search of unique species. Today, the founders' ritual of receiving, inspecting and hand cutting fish daily is still practiced by the partners at Bonefish Grill. As is their dogged commitment to quality and excellence at every level. On January 15, 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida, the first Bonefish Grill was born. People turned out in droves! The success of their vision has generated restaurant growth that has taken them throughout the Southeast and Northeastern coasts, and today Bonefish Grill has begun expanding throughout the U.S.
