Jessy Karolevitz

Jessy Karolevitz is an experienced professional with a strong background in call center management and customer service. Currently serving as the Call Center Manager and Director of Operations at Bonfe's Plumbing, Heating & Air Service, Inc. since July 2018, Jessy has a proven track record in enhancing customer experiences, process optimization, and employee development. Previously, Jessy held roles at Accident Referral Network where key responsibilities included leading the call center and overseeing sales initiatives.
