Dan Tolson

Dan Tolson is an experienced professional in the field of modern decorative art and design, currently serving as the International Director at Bonhams since September 2017 and also as the owner of Tolson Modern. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Specialist in 20th Century Design at Sotheby's and Director of 20th Century Decorative Art & Design at Bonhams. Tolson's career began at Phillips Auctioneers, where there was a foundational role as the Founder and Head of the Modern Design Department. Educational qualifications include a BA (HONS) in Design & Art History from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Postgraduate Diploma in 20th Century Design & Decorative Arts from the University of Glasgow.
