Sebastiaan Mellema

Sebastiaan Mellema serves as a Docent scheikunde at Bonhoeffercollege since November 2021, teaching chemistry for vmbo-tl, havo, and vwo levels. Previously, Sebastiaan was a member of the Commissie Ruimte, Wonen en Klimaat for Gemeente Heemskerk from April 2022 to March 2023, representing PvdA-Heemskerk. Prior experience includes a brief role as a Docent scheikunde (LIO) at St. Michaël College during a teaching internship in September 2021 and employment as a Horecamedewerker at Hotel Restaurant Fase Fier from November 2018 to October 2021. Sebastiaan completed various stages in education, including one at Bonhoeffercollege in January 2021, evaluated with a score of 8.5. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Scheikunde from both University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and Sebastiaan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Scheikunde at these institutions, expected to complete in July 2025.
