Sophie Genschow

Sophie Genschow serves as an HR Business Partner and Consultant, with extensive experience in organizational strategy and HR solutions spanning over a decade across various industries and countries. Currently, Sophie holds dual roles as an HR Business Partner at Sophie Genschow since February 2020 and as a Senior People Business Partner at Bonial.com since July 2020, where strategic consultation and people management enhancement are key responsibilities. Previous roles have included HR Business Partner positions at Veganz and Skeleton Technologies, along with business development at KPV Lab and junior HR management at Helpling. Sophie began their career with an internship at FLSmidth and research assistance at Teknologisk Institut.
