Todd A. Gustafson

Todd is responsible for all financial aspects of the business and assists in the development and execution of strategy, growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and other corporate development activities. Over the past 35 years, Todd’s experience as a seasoned executive and key business advisor has helped financial services companies build strong teams, improve performance and grow the business. He’s had measurable success in developing and executing strategic plans, expanding growth and profitability, and creating best practice disciplines. Todd is also the Founder and Managing Principal of FinGrowth Advisors LLP and previously was the Executive Vice President for a $1.4 billion credit union with overall leadership responsibilities for business strategy and operations. Todd is a CPA (inactive) and holds a B.S.-Accounting degree from Bradley University.
