Frederick Fung

Frederick Fung has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, they served as the CEO & General Manager at Bonita Bay Club starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they were the COO & General Manager at Charlotte Country Club from July 2017 to October 2019. Frederick also worked at Bonita Bay Club as the Assistant General Manager from 2010 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Fung held positions such as Club Manager at Fisher Island Club, Director of Club Operations at Turnberry Isle Miami, and Director of Food & Beverage / Director of Event Management at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Frederick also worked at Sonesta Hotels, Registry Resort & Club, and Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa in various catering and event management roles. Overall, Fung has a strong background in leadership and operations in the hospitality industry.

Frederick Fung attended CB West from 1982 to 1985. From 1985 to 1989, they pursued a BS degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management at Penn State University.
