Clare O'Toole

Clare O'Toole is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical management and quality improvement. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Quality Improvement at Bonita House, Inc. since August 2025, Clare previously held key positions at Swords to Plowshares, including Clinical Director of Non-Residential Services, where oversight of operations for Veteran Community and SF Service Centers was essential. Additional roles include Assistant Clinical Director of Residential Services and Clinical Coordinator.
