Jaimie Knight, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Bonita House, Inc., a nonprofit focused on mental health and wellness. In this role since January 2025, Jaimie oversees all HR functions, emphasizing a supportive workplace culture. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Compliance & Risk Management at Tiburcio Vásquez Health Center, where responsibilities spanned healthcare compliance, risk management, and labor relations, along with leading collective bargaining negotiations. Jaimie's extensive background also includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Side by Side and Homebridge, and Chief Administrative Officer at OLE Health, where a talent management strategy was implemented.
