Shivam Sharma

Shivam Sharma is an experienced professional in quality management and assurance with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Lead (Senior Manager) for Quality Management Systems at Bonito Designs since February 2024, Shivam previously held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at TI Automotive, a British multinational company specializing in automotive fluid systems. Prior to that role, Shivam was the Deputy Manager for Quality Assurance at MOLLIFICIO LEGNANESE SPA, where responsibilities included defining organizational goals and leading quality management initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at NHK Spring Co Ltd, focusing on testing and auditing processes. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Ram College of Engineering & Management, Gwalior.
