Patrice Gaye

Patrice GAYE is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in leading HR transformations across several companies. Currently serving as DRH at Bonna Sabla since June 2023, Patrice is focused on HR transformation initiatives for a key player in the construction sector. Previously, Patrice held the position of DRH and Director of Talent at GROUPE IDEC, where efforts were concentrated on structuring a Human Resources department supporting capable teams and managers. Patrice's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at EIFFAGE METAL, where a comprehensive HR policy was developed during a period of rapid growth.
