Amy Burke

Amy Burke is a highly experienced program manager and public utilities specialist, currently employed at Bonneville Power Administration since June 2020. In this role, Amy develops and implements weatherization and low-income energy efficiency programs in the Pacific Northwest, managing low-income grants and collaborating with tribal affairs, community action agencies, and utility partners. Previously, Amy served as a Residential Energy Efficiency Program Specialist II at Bonneville Power Administration, where extensive work as a subject matter expert involved developing online tracking tools for energy efficiency programs. Amy also has a background in education as an English teacher, fostering positive relationships with students, and as a project coordinator at Portland Energy Conservation, where successful outreach campaigns earned recognition as Energy Star Partner of the Year. Amy holds a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon.
