Jeff Digenova

Director Of Operational Technology at Bonneville Power Administration

Jeff DiGenova has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jeff began their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer and was recognized for their outstanding performance with Navy Achievement and Navy Accommodation medals. After leaving the Navy, they worked at PGE Trojan Nuclear Plant as an Engineer/Technical Advisor. Jeff then joined Nalco as a Senior Sales Engineer. Following this, they worked at Performance Improvement, Int. as a Principal Consultant.

In 1998, Jeff joined PacifiCorp and took on various roles such as Director of Customer Service and Director of Customer Contact Center, where they successfully turned around performance and managed a significant number of employees and budgets. Jeff also led important projects, including the implementation of the Company's Customer Guarantees, which received ISO 9001 certification.

In 2006, they moved to Webtrends as a Program Manager before joining Bonneville Power Administration in 2008. At Bonneville Power Administration, they served as the Director of IT Project Management Office, Deputy Chief Information Officer, and Director of Operational Technology. In their most recent role, they led a large team responsible for the reliable and secure delivery of operational technology solutions in the Pacific Northwest.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on achieving results.

Jeff DiGenova attended Michigan Technological University from 1980 to 1984. Jeff earned a BSEE degree in Computer Engineering during this time.
