Judith Estep

Judith Estep, PhD, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Workforce & Strategy Officer and previously held the role of Chief Technology Innovation and Strategy Officer at Bonneville Power Administration since March 2018. Prior to these positions, Judith Estep worked as a Project Management Officer at BPA. Educationally, Judith Estep earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State University, a Master of Science (MS) in Operations Research from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Los Angeles.
