Lizá Rosa

Lizá Rosa has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Lizá is currently working as the Director of HR Services Center at Bonneville Power Administration since 2022. Before that, they held the position of HR Director at Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division from 2017 to 2022. Lizá also worked as an HR Director at the Department of Energy from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bonneville Power Administration from 2014 to 2016. Lizá started their career as the Chief of CPAC Supv HR Specialist at the US Army Corps of Engineers from 2010 to 2014.

Lizá Rosa earned a Master of Science degree in Defense Analysis from The United States Naval Postgraduate School from 2000 to 2002. Lizá is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, at Nova Southeastern University starting from 2016.
