Melinda Werner

Melinda Werner has extensive work experience in organizational change management and program analysis. Melinda is currently working as a Lead Management and Program Analyst at Bonneville Power Administration since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Organizational Change Manager at Actalent from July 2021 to September 2021. Melinda also held the same role at Aerotek from April 2019 to July 2021. Before that, Melinda worked at IBM as an Organizational Performance & Change Program Manager from January 2015 to April 2018, and as an Organizational Change Manager via Contract from September 2013 to January 2015. Melinda also served as the Regional Practice and Change Manager at CGI from September 2012 to September 2013. Melinda's earlier work experience includes the role of Technical Relationship Lead at TIAA-CREF from May 2008 to September 2012, and Training Program Manager at Intel Corporation from June 2000 to January 2008.

Melinda Werner has a diverse education history. Melinda started by earning an Associate of Science Degree and a Stenography Diploma in Stenography and English from Prince Institute of Professional Studies in 1995 and 1996, respectively. Prior to that, they attended the Reporting Academy of Virginia from 1992 to 1995 before transferring to Prince Institute. Before pursuing their stenography education, Melinda served in the United States Navy from 1987 to 1992, during which they obtained a Technical Certification in Computer Hardware Technology/Technician and a Technology degree. Melinda'seducation journey began with a High School Diploma from Shelbyville Central High School in 1986.
