Robin Blair

Robin Blair is an experienced architect and program manager with a focus on educational, residential, and commercial architectural design. As the Principal Architect at Robin E Blair Architect, LLC since May 2007, Robin has led program development, design, construction documents, plan check, and construction administration for various projects. Currently serving as an Agency Asset Manager at Bonneville Power Administration since April 2021, Robin brings additional expertise from previous roles as Job Captain at Rainforth Grau and Project Manager at Weston Miles Architects. Robin holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon, completed in 2002.
