Tom Coatney

Tom Coatney is a Senior Market Analyst at BPA since May 2009. Prior to that, Tom was the Manager of Structuring & Pricing at PacifiCorp from October 2002 to May 2009. Tom has experience in electric power asset & deal valuation, including roles as a Structuring & Pricing Analyst at Aquila Merchant Services and as a Senior Analyst in the Alternative Risk Group at Employers Reinsurance Corporation. Tom started their career as an Assistant Actuary at Employers Reinsurance Corporation after completing their M.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa. Before that, Tom earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
