Jason Englund

Jason is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Associate General Counsel for Bonneville International Corporation. Jason joined Bonneville in April 2019, with responsibility for labor and employment, litigation, commercial, intellectual property, and other legal and regulatory matters. Jason was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources in February 2021 and retains his legal responsibilities as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Bonneville, Jason worked as in-house counsel for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation in Phoenix, after previously working as a management-side employment litigator at law firms Sidley Austin and Seyfarth Shaw in Chicago.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah (cum laude), and a Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law (magna cum laude), where he served as an Editor of the Boston University Law Review. Following law school, Jason clerked for the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
