Fabio Novelli has over 28 years of work experience. From 2021 to present, they have been working as the HSE Manager - Responsabile Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP) at Bonney Forge, where they are responsible for managing the Integrated System ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Consultant, Trainer and RSPP for Health and Safety at Work for MAD Consulting Group S.r.l. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Quality Manager at E.LINE S.R.L., where they managed and implemented the company's Quality System specific to companies involved in the production and commercialization of medical devices (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485). From 2015 to 2018, they were the Responsible for Quality, Safety and Environment at Madal, where they managed the Integrated Quality and Environment System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) and the safety on the job as the Responsible for the Prevention and Protection Service. From 2002 to 2015, they were the Responsible for Quality, Safety and Environment and CoC FSC at Cartemani, where they managed the Integrated Quality and Environment System (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), the FSC Chain of Custody and the safety as the Responsible for the Prevention and Protection Service. From 2001 to 2002, they were a Specialized Application at FKV. From 1995 to 2001, they were the QC Lab at OFI, where they analyzed cosmetics and food supplements, carried out microbiological, chemical-physical and instrumental analyses, managed a chemical-physical purifier and created Operating Instructions for the laboratory (ISO 9001). From 1992 to 1995, they were the QC Lab at Caseificio Preziosa, where they analyzed milk and derivatives, carried out microbiological, chemical-physical and instrumental analyses and managed a biological purifier.

Fabio Novelli completed their perito chimico degree at ITIS x la Chimica G. Natta between 1984 and 1989. Fabio also obtained a Lower Intermediate A2 degree in English from ABA English.
