Executive Assistant to CEO at Bonney Forge

Jocelyn Stepanoff has a wealth of work experience. Jocelyn began their career in 1991 as a Project Technician at Air Products and Chemicals. In this role, they provided leadership and direction through the establishment and use of uniform and consistent standards, processes, tools, training, and audits. Jocelyn was also proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Lync), and SAP HR. Jocelyn also possessed strong customer service, problem resolution, organizational and time management skills. Subsequently, they were promoted to Process Owner/Learning Management System, where they developed and maintained Learning Management System design documentation, implemented work processes and global standards.

In 2015, Jocelyn Stepanoff began working at Bonney Forge Corporation as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, they anticipated needs and proactively/independently resolved issues. Jocelyn also worked closely with peers to meet deadlines, which involved being a team player, adapting easily to change, listening, and communicating clearly. Additionally, they maintained the company website, working with Sales and Engineering to continually improve and maintain product information.

Jocelyn Stepanoff attended Southern Lehigh High School and is currently enrolled at DeSales University.
