Matt Williams

Matt Williams has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Matt is currently working as a Senior Director of Logistics at Bonnie Plants, LLC. Prior to this, Matt worked at Stryker as a Director of Distribution and Logistics, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of a heavyweight 3PL network. Matt also had additional responsibilities for managing distribution assets and aligning the network strategy with the global distribution strategy. Before Stryker, Matt worked at Kellogg Company as an Associate Director of DSD Transportation, where they provided strategic direction and support for the DSD private fleet. Matt also managed the selection criteria for fleet vendors and implemented optimization projects. Earlier in their career, Matt held various roles at YRC Logistics, Simmons Company, Chep USA, and Atlanta Motor Lines, where they gained experience in logistics engineering, project management, and terminal management.

Matt Williams earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Auburn University. In 2011, they obtained the Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) certification from the National Private Truck Council. Additionally, Matt obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Value-Train, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
