Tom Kuharcik

Tom Kuharcik has over 25 years of work experience in operations and supply chain management. Tom currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Bonnie Plants, overseeing a team of over 4,500 employees. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Krispy Kreme, where they led a global team and was responsible for a supply chain with over $1.2 billion in sales. Tom also served as Vice President at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they managed a global supply chain totaling $2.5 billion in sales. Tom began their career at Rohm and Haas and National Starch and Chemical Company, holding various managerial and engineering positions.

Tom Kuharcik attended North Carolina State University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
