Sarah Benton serves as the Managing Director of Adult Trade at Bonnier Books UK, overseeing all adult trade publishing imprints across London, Edinburgh, and Dublin since April 2023. Previously, Sarah held the role of Managing Director at The Zaffre Publishing Group, where strategic responsibility extended to several key commercial imprints. From September 2016 to March 2023, Sarah was the Executive Publisher for Commercial Fiction at Orion Publishing Group, leading editorial teams and publishing strategy while commissioning notable authors. Other key positions included Deputy Managing Director and Group Marketing Director at Orion, as well as roles in marketing and management at HarperCollins and Macmillan Children's Books. Sarah holds a BA in English from the University of Southampton.
