Zia Rædkjær Jensen

Zia Rædkjær Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2004, Zia worked as a Teacher at Vangeboskolen, Søllerød, where they taught social science, geography, Danish language, and sports. They also held the responsibility of being a team organizer, overseeing the structure and workflow among the teachers.

Moving on, Zia joined NASDAQ OMX GROUP INC in 2007 as a Business & Support Manager, a role they held until 2009. Following this, they worked as a Project Manager at Canal Digital from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Zia joined Hi3G Denmark (3Mobil) as a Project Manager, Business Development, and later transitioned to the role of CRM & Loyalty Programme Manager. They held these positions until 2013.

Zia then took on the role of CRM Manager at Imerco from 2013 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2020, Zia worked at Fullrate, where they had various roles, including CLM Consultant, CLM Chef, and Head of Marketing & CLM.

In 2020, Zia served as a Senior Commercial Manager at YouSee before becoming Chief Marketing Officer at Flextribe later in the year.

In 2021, Zia joined OiSTER as a Senior CRM Consultant before transitioning to their current position at Bonnier Publications A/S. They currently hold the title of Head of Commercial Project Management and Head of CRM & Data Analytics + Communication Project Management at Bonnier Publications A/S.

Throughout their professional journey, Zia has gained expertise in CRM, project management, marketing, and data analytics.

Zia Rædkjær Jensen obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, Zia completed a Project Management course at Implement (DJØF). Prior to that, Zia attended Aalborg Teachers College from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in social science & economy, geography, Danish language, and sports. Zia completed high school at Hobro Gymnasium from 1997 to 2000.
