Andrei Borissenko

Andrei Borissenko has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and data development. Andrei is currently working as a Data Developer at Bonsai since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Bonsai from February 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Bonsai, Andrei worked at Funnelytics.io as a Full Stack Developer from June 2018 to January 2021. During their tenure, they designed and delivered numerous features and improvements, including a core application that provided analytics to users at a significantly faster speed compared to the initial solution. Andrei also utilized PostgreSQL for servicing the user dashboard.

Earlier in their career, Andrei worked at OutMatch as a Web Developer. Andrei actively developed and maintained websites using platforms such as WordPress, Laravel, Lumen, and Vuejs. Andrei successfully managed AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, CodeDeploy, and Lambda, and served as the main point of contact between Outmatch and Rackspace, the cloud infrastructure provider. Andrei worked at OutMatch from May 2017 to April 2018.

Andrei's career first began at OutMatch as a Junior Web Developer from August 2016 to May 2017, where they gained experience in building websites using Laravel, Vue.js, and WordPress. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Design and Development Intern at OutMatch from May 2016 to August 2016. During their internship, Andrei developed an email response system using CodeIgniter and created a custom WordPress theme for a website that received recognition as a finalist for the North American Travel Journalists Association award.

Andrei Borissenko's education history begins with their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre/Theater, which they pursued from 2010 to 2014 at York University. After completing their undergraduate studies, they embarked on further education in the field of computer software engineering.

In 2015, Andrei joined Udacity to pursue a Nanodegree in Front-End Web Development, which they completed in 2016. This program provided him with comprehensive knowledge and skills in developing user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
