Emma Zuber is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sustainability, culinary arts, and project management. Currently serving as a Production Associate at Bonta Natural Artisan Gelato since October 2024, prior roles include Culinary Apprentice at Sunriver Resort and Research Manager at LeapFrog Design. Emma's expertise in natural resource management was developed during tenure at Deschutes Soil and Water Conservation District, where responsibilities included GIS mapping, grant application, and program monitoring. Additional experience includes positions as a Store Cashier at High Desert Museum and a Tutor at Varsity Tutors. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability Studies, a French Minor, and a certificate in Sustainable Food Systems from Arizona State University.
