Anthony Cruz

Anthony Cruz is an experienced professional in customer success and marketing, currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Bonterra since August 2022. Previously, at Fundraise Up, Anthony held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, overseeing a $4 million portfolio of high-level accounts, including prominent non-profit organizations. Anthony's experience also includes roles at the Child Mind Institute as Manager of Customer Success and Onboarding, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed to support fundraising goals, and various positions at the Primary Care Information Project focused on communications. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Fordham University.
