Chris Parkes

Chris Parkes currently serves as the Director of Professional Services at Bonterra since March 2024, and has been with CyberGrants since June 2017, taking on several roles including Onboarding Architect, Implementation Program Manager, and Implementation Team Manager. In these positions, Chris Parkes manages a team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants to ensure effective onboarding for customers. Previous experience includes Project Manager at HMS from October 2016 to June 2017, and a Program Director role at CyberGrants, LLC from May 2012 to October 2016. Earlier, Chris Parkes worked as a Marketing Web Designer at Primal Force/Wellness Research & Consulting, and held positions as a Contract Clerk and Customer Service and I.T. Support Specialist at Precision Contracting and Opici Wine Company, respectively. Educational background includes studies in Sound Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Valencia College.
