Ed Rogers

Ed Rogers started their career as an attorney at Burr & Forman, where they gained significant trial and courtroom experience. Ed then moved on to Hand Arendall, LLC, where they represented start-up companies in business formation, capital raising, and protecting intellectual property. Ed also served as company counsel for a healthcare software company during its venture capital round. In 2002, Ed became the Founding Manager of Republic Redevelopment Fund, LLC, where they focused on private investments and technology commercialization. In 2003, they founded FoodSource Lure Corporation, leading the company through formation, capital raising, and achieving significant retail distribution. Ed then became Managing Director at Foundation Growth Ventures, where they designed and executed a strategy for creating a grant-funded venture investment portfolio. Additionally, Ed served as a Managing Member at Terebinth Strategic Management, providing investment management and consulting for various early-stage companies. Currently, they are the CEO, Co-Founder, and Board Member of Bonumose, a role they have held since 2016.

Ed Rogers attended the University of Virginia from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following this, from 1988 to 1991, they pursued higher education at the University of Virginia School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Law.
