Zachary Feldman

Bioprocess Development Associate at Bonumose

Zachary Feldman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Zachary began their career as a Brewing Science Intern at the University of the Sciences Brewing Science Program in 2016, where they worked in a research capacity and gained experience in molecular biology techniques. In 2017, Zachary worked as a Wine Production Intern at Unionville Vineyards, where they assisted in various aspects of wine production and quality control. In 2018, they worked as a Harvest Contractor at Lovingston Winery. At the University of Pittsburgh, Zachary held multiple roles, including Student Tutor from 2015 to 2017 and Undergraduate Research Assistant from 2016 to 2017, where they studied a bacteriophage called 121Q and focused on determining the purpose of a hair-like fiber found on the phage. Zachary is currently working at Bonumose, where they started as a Research Technician in 2019 and has since been promoted to Research Associate and then Bioprocess Development Associate.
