Susan Tran

Susan Tran is a seasoned professional in product management and customer success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Bonusly since December 2024. Previously, Susan held the position of Director of Product at Catalyst Software from March 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included scaling the business from seed to Series B and executing integration and analytics strategies. Prior to this, Susan was the Head of Customer Success at atSpoke, contributing to the organization’s growth from Seed to Series B and playing a key role in its acquisition by Okta. Early career experiences include consulting on customer success at LinkedIn and serving as a Customer Success Manager at Datanyze Inc. and SoapBox Innovations. Susan began their leadership journey managing customer service at Scotiabank. Susan Tran holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Global Management from Ryerson University.
